Kenny Chesney is closing in on the top of the country charts with his latest hit, “Happy Does.” He tells us the song's message is one he felt needed to be out in the world. “When I recorded it, and put it on the record, it fit perfect. Then I heard it one day and thought, ‘you know what? I need to give this narrative and this song to the world. For that reason, it’s really important to me.”
