WHAT:
- Single Unit Fatal Traffic Crash
WHERE:
- County Road 700 N, 1/2 mile east of County Road 2900 E., Shelby County
WHEN:
- Jan. 24, 2021 at approximately 9:00 a.m.
VEHICLE:
- Unit 1- 1991 Blue Chevrolet Van
DRIVER:
- Unit 1- 67-year-old female of Neoga, IL (Deceased) Pending Next of Kin Notification
PRELIMINARY:
- A preliminary investigation indicates the following occurred: Unit 1 was traveling eastbound on County Road 700 N, 1/2 mile east of County Road 2900 E. Unit 1 drove off the roadway to the left. Unit 1 continued traveling through a field and struck a tree.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
