Detroit, MI -(Effingham Radio)- General Motors is recalling nearly six million vehicles because of potentially dangerous air bags.
The recall includes some Cadillac Escalades, Chevrolet Silverados, Suburbans, and Tahoes, and GMC Sierras and Yukons that were made over an eight-year span.
The five-point-nine million vehicles have a potentially dangerous Takata air bag inflater. The years in question are 2007-through-2014.
The recall will cost GM about one-point-two billion dollars.
