Kitchens Unlimited recently celebrated the opening of their business at 306 S. Willow, Effingham with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, November 12th. Kitchens Unlimited is a new type of restaurant offering for the Effingham area with no seating indoor and outdoor, only carry-out or delivery.
