O’Fallon, IL -(Effingham Radio)- HSHS Medical Group is pleased to award Jessica Brown with our September Colleague of the Month Award. Jessica is a medical assistant at HSHS Medical Group Family Medicine in O’Fallon, Illinois.
The Colleague of the Month is chosen from nominations submitted by fellow HSHS Medical Group team members. “Jessica has always gone above and beyond to handle anything that the patients need. She maintains the utmost care, compassion and joy for her patients and her job even during challenging days,” her nominator said. “She takes the time to know each individual patient and their families so that we can better take care of all their needs.”
“I have always wanted to work in the health care field. I love being able to help out other people,” Jessica said. “I enjoy being able to get to know my patients and being there for them when they need someone to listen to their problems.”
Jessica’s favorite after-work activities include spending time with family, crocheting, reading and watching her hometown football team (Roll Tide).
