With the recent announcement from Governor Pritzker, Dieterich Bank will continue to offer drive-through services only at our branch locations until further notice. Banking is deemed an essential critical infrastructure and will, therefore, remain open for business.
The bank is fully operational and available to assist with your banking needs. Customers who require assistance beyond normal transactions through the drive-through should call (800) 699-9766. If your needs require in-branch staff this may be done by appointment only. Please be considerate of our employees and plan your visit ahead by scheduling an appointment.
Most banking transactions can be performed at home with electronic/digital services available 24/7 through our Online and Mobile Banking platforms. ATM and night deposit box services are also available.
If you must access your Safe Deposit Box during this time, please call your local branch to set up an appointment.
