Mattoon, IL -(Effingham Radio)- A Mattoon daycare worker is accused of shaking a six-month-old baby under her care.
The child suffered a brain bleed as a result of the incident back on January 23rd.
Investigators say there are signs of shaken baby syndrome.
Now, 49-year-old Carmen Petak is charged with aggravated battery to a child under 13.
