Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- A group of Effingham area business leaders recently presented Paeton Underwood from Beecher City High School the December award for Mathematic/Scientific scholastic achievement known as Hall of FAME, which represents Fantastic Area Mathematicians (Scientists) Extraordinaire. Paeton was selected by her school staff based on preset standards.
Presenting the award are (L-R) Pat Gebben of Merz Heating, Manny Trupiano of Joe’s Pizza, Paeton, Michael Tappendorf from Milano & Grunloh Engineers and Joey Trupiano of Joe’s Pizza. Paeton excels in Science & will continue her education toward a degree in Nursing. Sponsors not able to attend were Dr Brian Ogan, Stevens Industries, H & M Concrete, Effingham Urology Associates and Effingham Prompt Care.
