Springfield, IL -(Effingham Radio)- There would be a spring forward, there wouldn’t be any more falling back under a plan that’s cleared the Illinois Senate.
Senators yesterday nearly unanimously agreed to the idea of making Daylight Saving Time permanent.
The proposed law would set Illinois’ clocks forward an hour in March of next year, then never change them again.
The Illinois House must approve the same idea before it could go to the governor.
