- 28 year old, Jennifer N Cochran, of Clay City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of under 5 grams of Methamphetamine, and a Clay County failure to appear warrant for illegal consumption.
- 51 year old, Candice R Brooks, of Kinmundy was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance.
- 32 year old, William T Malone Jr, of Pana was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for leaving the scene.
- 28 year old, Julius H Hemphill, of Memphis, Tennessee was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis. Hemphill posted $575.
- 18 year old, Braxtyn A Tolbert, of Richton Park was arrested by the Illinois State Police for possession of 30-500 grams of cannabis and manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis.
