Wayde was born on October 28, 1999 in Effingham, the son of Darren Siebert and Laura (Niemeyer) Bannick. He worked as a Machine Operator for C & H Gravel in Greenup, IL.
He had a deep love for derby cars, tractor pulls, and trucks-the kind of passion that reflected his strength, determination, and hardworking spirit. Whether he was behind the wheel, in the stands, or in the garage, he found joy in the roar of an engine and the community around it.
Wayde will be remembered for his sense of humor, loyalty, grit and the love he carried for his family every single day. Above all, he was proud to be a father, and raising his son was his greatest purpose and accomplishment.
Wayde is survived by his son, Oakley Wesson, Oakley’s mother and special friend Evie Vincent, mother, Laura Bannick (fiance, Langston Jackson), father Darren (Heidi) Siebert, stepfather, Shawn (Sarah) Bannick, brothers Dylan Niemeyer and Blayne Siebert, sisters Paige Niemeyer, Allyson Siebert, Bailey Notzke, and Corri Boehm, aunts and uncles Shane Bannick, Shannon (Travis) Heuerman, Traci (Scott) Deaton, Todd Siebert (fiance, Jill) and Julia (Jeff) Schuppert and grandparents Brian and Juel Niemeyer, Gilbert Siebert, Sharon Siebert, and Sharon Boerngen.
He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Ely Joseph Devore, and grandfather, Gaylord Bannick Jr.
