Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The 708 Board met on Wednesday and discussed a few items for approval.
The Board first heard from Chris Spenner with Marshmallow’s HOPE, an organization that helps individuals with addiction treatment and getting counseling. He said he will likely be applying for some funding and wanted to make sure on the process.
The Board then went over the Treasurer’s Report and available funds, and there was some confusion over the balance amount. Dave Campbell said he will look into the discrepancy in the balance. The report was ultimately approved with that caveat.
The Board also went over their one-year and 3-year plans.
The next meeting will be June 3 at 1pm.
