Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Notice is hereby given of a public test of the Precinct Tabulation Optical Scan Technology Equipment and Program used by Effingham County, Illinois for the General Primary Election on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
This test will be conducted by the Effingham County Clerk’s office on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will take place on the third floor of the Effingham County Office Building located at 101 N Fourth St, Effingham.
