* At 306 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Edgewood, or 18 miles southwest of Effingham,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
