Washington, DC-(Effingham Radio)- President Trump is rolling back Greenhouse gas regulations that he says has made cars more expensive in the U.S.
Standing alongside the EPA head Lee Zeldin at the White House, Trump said the crippling Obama-era restrictions on the U.S. auto industry have led to inferior vehicles that cost more. Trump specifically said his orders will stop the automatic start-stop feature in cars that he says annoy Americans.
Zeldin says by ending the tough emissions standards and EV mandates, families will save over 24-hundred dollars on new vehicles.
