Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Trail Recreation Effingham County (TREC) is grateful to The Wheat Penny for a generous $1,000 donation in support of the continued growth and maintenance of the TREC Trail system. The donation was made possible through proceeds from the Ham City Fall Fest.
