Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Sheriff Kuhns stopped by for his monthly interview with a special guest, Heather Greenwood. She is a resident of Clay County. Both Heather and Sheriff Kuhns described the Deflection Initiative, which is set to start later this year. The Deflection Initiative is a program that is designed to help people in need, whether it be drug addiction, mental health issues, or other problems, before they become incarcerated.
