Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The holiday season is upon us, and while it is a great time of year, scammers try to take advantage of the holiday spirit by scamming you out of your hard earned money. Sheriff Kuhns stopped by the studio to give details on likely scams, and what to look for to keep from becoming a victim yourself.
