- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old James T. Davis of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Elizabeth N. St. Cin of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft <$300 and a Shelby County FTA warrant for obstructing a police officer/destroying evidence. Elizabeth was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 60 year old Garth D. Yager of Newton for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated DUI/license suspended/revoked. Garth posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office and Altamont City Police arrested 36 year old Derek L. Feldhake of Farina for driving while license suspended and retail theft >$300. Derek was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 57 year old Troy P. Riley of Cowden for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and retail theft <$300. Troy was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Jacob A. Beaty of Seymour, IN for theft <$500. Jacob was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old James D. Donaldson of Effingham for a Clark County Nevada warrant for probation violation and unlawful possession of ammunition by felon. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Jordan S. Beals of Effingham for domestic battery. Jordan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Altamont City Police arrested 40 year old Thomas D. Stewart Jr. of Altamont for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Thomas was given an NTA and was released.
