- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Megan E. Duckworth of Teutopolis for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC for possession of <5g of meth, sentenced to 2 years. Megan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Daniel R. Reeves of Effingham for a Richland County FTA warrant for aggravated battery to a police officer. Daniel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Kelly D. Brown of Effingham for resisting a police officer and driving while license suspended. Kelly was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 66 year old Curtis A. Johnson of Mason for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Curtis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Timothy A. ONiel of Plainfield, IL for possession of stolen property and retail theft <$300. Timothy was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Lane M. H. Depoister of Effingham for domestic battery. Lane was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 48 year old Delisa D. Penny of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft >$300. Delisa was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
