- Effingham County Sheriff’s office arrested 47 year old James R. Waddel of Toledo for an Effingham County original warrant for criminal sexual assault, aggravated sexual abuse, and possession of child pornography. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s office arrested 25 year old Briant Sanchez Espinoza of Effingham for a Douglas County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Briant was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Domingo Garcia Domingo of Effingham for DUI alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device. Domingo was given an NTA and was released.
