Freeze Warning Issued For Tomorrow Morning

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The chilly mornings continue tomorrow, with frost likely.

A frosty night is on track for central and southeast Illinois tonight, with lows expected to range from a few upper 20s close to the I-74 corridor to just above 32 from around Jacksonville to Lawrenceville. A Freeze Warning is in effect tonight for Effingham County and to the north/northeast. If you want to protect frost sensitive plants from the cold temperatures, cover them or bring them inside.

Seasonal temperatures are then expected through the weekend with a few chances for light rain Saturday through Monday.
