EIU Welcomes Trio Village

Charleston, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Trio Village presents their recital on Tuesday, October 28th at 6:00 p.m. in the Recital Hall at EIU.

Join us in welcoming Trio Village to Eastern Illinois University. This dynamic trio includes Rebecca Johnson with the flute, Elizabeth Sullivan with the oboe, and Cara Chowning playing the piano. Incorporating each of their talents, the special performance gives a fantastic preview of the album they will be releasing in the Spring of 2026. The group plans to perform several trio and duo commissions from their seven-year quest to expand the repertoire.
