Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- On Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) discharged for 0.6 hours for a total flow of 0.216 million gallons (MG). It rained approximately 1.27 inches over 1.0 hours to cause this discharge.

Total rainfall for the event was 3.59 inches.
