- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Miranda D. Ledbetter of Altamont for an Effingham County warrant for contempt of court. Miranda posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Joshua D. Mayberry of Altamont for an Effingham County mittimus to jail with pretrial release revoked, remanded to Effingham County Jail. for sentencing. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Aaron M. Larson of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for DUI alcohol, sentenced to 10 days/5 weekends.. Aaron was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Timothy L. Hardesty of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Timothy was given an NTA and was released.

- Illinois State Police arrested 67 year old Tim R. Dasenbrock of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Tim was given an NTA and was released.
