Clay County Water Announces Boil Order

Flora, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the Clay County Water, Inc. Facebook page:

A boil order has been put into effect for Clay County Water’s system due to an upstream watermain break. All customers of Clay County Water will be under the advisory until further notice. Clay County Water serves the rural southern half of Clay County.

Current expectation is for our samples to be tested today with results available tomorrow, October 21st. We will update the membership with more information as it becomes available.
