Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- We would like to inform our community that, effective October 1, 2025, the provider of Caregiver Services including Counseling, Support Groups, Training and Education, Gap Filling and the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Services including Support Group and Respite have changed.
The new service provider is SWAN who will assume responsibility for delivering these services from Heartland Human Services in Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Jefferson and Marion Counties.
During this transition, we are committed to minimizing disruptions and maintaining the same level of care and reliability. The goal is to ensure continued quality, accessibility and support for all who rely on these services.
