The City of Effingham Water Department has announced a water outage with boil order to immediately follow for:
- Santa Barbara Dr.: Both sides of street
From: North Fourth St. around to Santa Maria Ave.
- Santa Maria Ave.: Both sides of the street
From: North Fourth St. to Santa Barbara Dr.
This outage is happening now, and will be in place until the line is fixed and a boil order will follow.
