EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Brogan P. Hull of Effingham for violating an order of protection. Brogan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Illinois State Police arrested 64 year old Reginald B. Williams of Chicago for a Fayette County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended, driving while license suspended, and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon. Reginald posted bond and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Brittany L. Keller of Effingham for domestic battery. Brittany was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Brian Quintana Ibarra of Indianapolis, IN for possession of a stolen vehicle. Brian was given an NTA and was released.
