Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Kiauma M. Flack of Effingham for a Richland County FTA warrant for delivery of cannabis. Kiauma was transported to the Richland County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47 year old Tiffany M. A. Rios of Hinson, LA for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tiffany was given an NTA and was released.
Illinois State Police arrested 52 year old Sherry L. Berg of St. Elmo for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without registration light, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Sherry was given an NTA and was released.
