Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- As part of a series of monthly interviews, Tim Hemmen, Project Engineer with IDOT District 7, gives updates on area construction projects and road work. The Fayette Avenue Reconstruction Project and other construction projects are starting to wind down as winter approaches.
