Mayor Schutzbach Proclaims October As Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Mayor joined other supporters of domestic violence awareness, stating that domestic violence is a community problem and it takes a community working together to eradicate intimate partner violence.
