Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Nora French has been selected as the newest Dairy Queen Shining Star by Monteressi Kids Universe. She is always helping her teachers but she really loves her DQ vanilla ice cream and wants to be a puppy doctor when she grows up.
