Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Ford Motor Company is recalling nearly one-and-a-half-million vehicles between model years 2015 and 2019 due to the rear view camera showing a blank or distorted image on the display screen when it is in reverse. The vehicles include the Lincoln Navigator and Lincoln MKC along with the Ford Mustang, Ranger, Transit, Transit Connect, Econoline, Edge, Expedition, F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, and F-550 SD.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says Ford is aware of 18 incidents but no injuries from the camera problem. It will be fixed for free.
