Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Effingham Animal Control has announced new temporary hours due to lack of staffing.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 10am-4pm
Wednesday – CLOSED
Saturday – regular hours of 8am-noon
