Hydrogen Leak At Mach 1 Stopped, Evacuation Order Lifted

Casey, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The emergency evacuation order for the area around the Mach 1 in Casey has been lifted, as the leak has been stopped.

An Emergency Alert has been sent out regarding a hydrogen leak at the Mach 1 gas station at 939 North State Highway 49 in Casey.

Residents in the area are advised to leave the area IMMEDIATELY, as hydrogen is highly flammable and could lead to explosions or fires.
