EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

August 23, 2025

Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Ryan W. McCarty of Effingham for 2 counts of aggravated battery, 3 counts of aggravated domestic battery, and domestic battery. Ryan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Rodney L. Houser of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for driving while license revoked. Rodney was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Scott N. Figueroa of Watson for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft <$300. Scott was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Alexander J. Garrard of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail. Alexander was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Jason D. Hendrix of Effingham for mob action, aggravated battery, and criminal damage to property. Jason was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Nicole L. Asberry of Effingham for mob action and aggravated battery. Nicole was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Tavyon S. Robinson of Columbia, MS for operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, operating an uninsured vehicle, and illegal transportation of alcohol. Tavyon was given an NTA and was released.

August 25, 2025

Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Cameron J. Vickers of Ramsey for aggravated battery. Cameron was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Nickolas K. Jones of Dieterich for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Nickolas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 61 year old Eugene B. Gentry of Neoga for an Effingham County attachment for contempt and a Coles County FTA warrant for deceptive practices. Eugene posted bond and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Draven A. Shelton of Effingham for theft, criminal trespass to real property, and retail theft. Draven was taken to teh Effingham County Jail.
