Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 63 year old Lonnie W. Sowell of Mattoon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for bad checks, a Clark County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, and a Cumberland County FTA warrant for bad checks. Lonnie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 74 year old Mary M. Winterrowd of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for use of non perm structure. Mary posted bond and was released.
