- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old James T. Davis of Altamont for resisting/obstructing a police officer and criminal trespass to real property. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Richard F. Sanchez of Effingham for violating an order of orptection. Richard was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Monticia L. Allen of Flora for a Clay County FTA warrant for domestic battery w/physical contact. Monticia was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 49 year old Raymond A. Greenleaf of Chicago for a Winnebago County FTA warrant for harassment by telephone. Raymond was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
