Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The City of Effingham has announced the following road closure:
This road closure has been extended to tomorrow 8/9/25 @7AM.
The crossing will be open tomorrow after 7AM.

CN railway will be closing the West Wabash Street crossing starting at 8AM. This closure will remain in effect until Wednesday afternoon at 4 PM (8/6/2025). This is due to replacing the pavement at the crossing. Please look to seek an alternate route during this time.
