Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Officials with the FDA say Rich’s Ice Cream may contain listeria. Over one-hundred thousand cases are being recalled in twenty-three states.
Some symptoms of the foodborne bacteria are fever, muscle aches and diarrhea. Authorities are urging customers to return the ice cream or throw it away.
