EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Tevin M. Story of Charleston for home invasion, 2 counts of criminal damage to property, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, interfering with a domestic violence report, resisting a police officer, and a Coles County FTA warrant. Tevin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Monticia L. D. Allen of Flora for domestic battery. Monticia was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Marlinda J. Oehmke of Effingham for possession of drug paraphernalia. Marlinda was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Forrest W. Johnson of Beecher City for unlawful use of a weapon. Forrest was given an NTA and was released.
