* At 559 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Altamont, or
  10 miles southwest of Effingham, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Watson around 605 PM CDT.
  Heartville around 610 PM CDT.
