IDOT Closing Part Of Richland Avenue For Road Patching

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the City of Effingham and IDOT:

IDOT will be closing Richland Ave for road patching effective immediately from Henrietta Ave going East about 100ft.

This closure will end roughly August 2^nd.
