- Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Shannon H. Borton of Effingham for domestic battery. Shannon was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Nicholas T. Hastings of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for possession of <5g of meth. Nicholas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Leo B. Cline of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for obstructing justice/destroying evidence. Leo was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49 year old Heather R. Miller of Mason for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for possession of <5g of meth. Heather was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20 year old Keegan A. M. Warren of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for reckless driving. Keegan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Altamont and Illinois State Police arrested 46 year old Kyle T. Adler of Farina for battery, DUI alcohol, improper lighting, unlawful possession of cannabis by driver, possession of open alcohol by driver, operating an uninsured vehicle, and operating a vehicle with suspended registration for no insurance. Kyle was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 55 year old Miguel A. Castro Leal of Effingham for DUI alcohol, improper lane usage, no valid driver’s license, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Miguel was given an NTA and was released.
