Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Christopher S. Gibson of Creal Springs, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for unlawful disposing of TTL/certificate/PLT – 1st. Christopher was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Philip M. Blair of Effingham for driving with no valid Driver’s License, possession of 15-100g of meth, and possession of meth with intent to deliver. Philip was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
