EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Altamont Police arrested 27 year old Kord T. Cain of Altamont for aggravated battery in a public place. Kord was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Earl T. Prewitt of Dieterich for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a suspended license. Earl was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 38 year old Everado Jimenez Duran of Dekalb for a Kane County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol, driving on a revoked/suspended license, and operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Everado was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 38 year old Mitchell L. Cole of Ramsey for unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, and threatening a public official. Mitchell was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Nicholas T. Hastings of Effingham for operating a vehicle with no valid license. Nicholas was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Torres J. Torbio for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing ID, a Tazewell County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer with injury, and a Kane County FTA warrant for for DUI drugs. Torres was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
