- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Tuesday N. Flowers of Effingham for a Fayette County FTA warrant for contempt of court. Tuesday posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Michael D. A. Witt of Noble, IN for a Shelby County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to land. Michael was transferred to Shelby County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Juan A. Cruz Celba of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery, interfering with a domestic battery report, criminal sexual assault, involuntary sexual servitude of a minor, and human trafficking. Juan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 71 year old Michael E. Foote of Effingham for domestic battery. Michael was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Rhett W. Pettit of Carlinville for domestic battery. Rhett was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
