- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Deshawn H. Allen of Brownstown for failure to register as a sex offender. Deshawn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
June 22, 2025
- Illinois State Police arrested 32 year old Joshua A. Harris of Indianapolis, IN for DUI drugs. Joshua was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 29 year old Hannah M. Matthews of Fairfield for DUI alcohol. Hannah was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Miranda B. Davis of Dieterich for an Effingham County PSC FTA warrant. Miranda was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 45 year old Bridget M. Waldhoff of Dieterich for DUI alcohol. Bridget was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
June 23, 2025
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Bridgit M. McWhorter of Effingham for violating the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. Bridgit was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 55 year old Mary K. Figgins of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for violating an order of protection, driving while license suspended, and criminal trespass to residence. Mary was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Nick K. Jones of Dieterich for domestic battery. Nick was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
