Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Summer is here, and that means lots of outdoor events are coming up. These events include large gatherings, outdoor concerts, cookouts, and fireworks. Sheriff Kuhns gave some tips on what to do to avoid accidents and enjoy the summer events you plan to attend or host.
